Building in self-organized groups is becoming increasingly popular and enriches urban districts. Promoters organized in building groups shape their neighbourhood, which they will inhabit and care for. This provides social stability and often also a better use of public space. Building in groups needs a clear legal framework and expert support for the necessary decision processes.
